Welcome to Hendoi Technologies Private Limited ("Hendoi", "we", "us"). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide web development, mobile app development, and software development services to clients in Bengaluru, USA, Canada, and Western countries.
1. Services
We provide custom software development services including but not limited to: websites, web applications, mobile applications (iOS/Android), desktop applications, API development, backend services, and related consulting. Scope, timeline, and pricing are defined in separate agreements or statements of work.
2. Acceptance and Agreements
By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access (e.g., design assets, APIs, accounts) as required for the project. Delays caused by missing information or access may affect timelines and costs.
3. Payment and Ownership
Payment terms will be as agreed in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you receive ownership of the delivered work (excluding third-party components and our pre-existing IP). We retain the right to use non-confidential learnings and generic techniques.
4. Confidentiality and Data
We treat your business and technical information as confidential and do not share it with third parties except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law. We recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use data.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We deliver services "as is" and do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue, traffic).
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement as agreed in the project contract. Upon termination, you pay for work completed up to that point. We will hand over deliverables as specified in the agreement.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
