Before you hire a software development company in India, ask these five questions. They help you avoid mismatches and pick a partner that can deliver for your USA or Canada business.

Ask for 2–3 projects that are similar in size and tech (e.g. SaaS backend, mobile app, WordPress). Request contact details of past clients and actually talk to them. Ask about communication, timelines, and post-launch support. If they cannot provide references, treat that as a red flag.
