Rates in Bengaluru, for example, are competitive. Adoption – Over 60% of Fortune 500 companies have outsourced technology work to India. Mature ecosystem, English widely used in tech, and many agencies used to US/Canada workflows. Trade-off – Timezone overlap with US is limited (e.g. US morning and India evening).
